I thought it will be fun to just see what keyword suggestions Google.com throws up. Maybe it will give us an insight in to the most popular searches.

Obviously people are concerned & curious about Sonia’s mysterious surgery which was conducted away from the media glare in USA.  There was quite a buzz about it in political circles too.
